It takes approximately 10 – 20 working days to receive a Final Grant, after the Application Form with All the Supporting Documentation has been submitted.
The Current prime interest rate is 7.25%. Your Individualized Interest Rate will be calculated by means of a risk rating which will be influenced by your Credit Score, Stability, Income, Equity in the Property and your Overall Financial Profile and History. However, we still will Negotiate for the best possible individualized interest rate.
Repayment can be between 5 – 30 years depending on affordability in terms of the new Credit Act of 2005.
Your loan will be financed at one of the major financial institutions and your property remains Registered in your own name.
We Can Help, if you can answer YES to the following questions:
- Bond gets paid every month.
- There are no unpaid debit orders on Bank account/s.
- There are no Judgments and /or Arrears on Credit Record.
- Credit cards, personal loans, store cards, and other loans get paid every month.
- Salary gets paid into a bank account every month.
- Not under Debt Review, Administration, Blacklisted or Insolvent.

Self Employed Clients:
- Copy of ID Document/s
- Copy of Marriage Certificate / ANC contract or other.
- Latest 2 Years Financial Statements + Latest Management Statements not Older than 6 months, Accompanied by a Letter from Accountant Confirming monthly drawings – OR ITA34 for last 2 Years.
